On July 9 starts the 6th edition of The Cruise, the European gay cruise. In 2016, the Sovereign will sail on a 100% Spanish itinerary departing from Barcelona with stops in Malaga and Cadiz, then the island of Ibiza and finally Valencia before returning to Barcelona on July 16. The ship accommodates 2,300 passengers from across the world.
After a first day and first night at sea to get to know each other, the passengers will stop Malaga, second most populated city in Andalusia. On the next day, after crossing the Strait of Gibraltar, the ship will dock in Cádiz, the gateway to the spectacular capital of Andalusia, Seville, 1h30 drive. Another day at sea and the boat will stop in the legendary island of Ibiza. Finally on July 15, the gay cruise will be in Valencia, Spain’s third largest city, a wonderful bridge between tradition and modernity, embodied by the City of Arts and Sciences.
Aside from the excursions and the lazy afternoons by the pool, The Cruise is all about having a LOT of fun as you will see in this video: afternoon tea dance parties, early evening shows and performances, huge themed nights and after parties.
As of today, 87% of the cabins are already booked. Find out more on The Cruise website.
