The Sofitel So Bangkok is the new jewel of the Accor Group in the heart of the Thai capital, and the second property of this range after the Sofitel So Mauritius. This luxury hotel of 30 floors is located opposite Lumpini Park, with stunning views of the skyline of Bangkok that you can admire from the infinity pool or the restaurant or from your room. Designed by a Thai architect, 5 Thai desginers as well as Christian Lacroix, this urban contemporary design hotel is organized around five elements: water, earth, wood, metal and fire, which each determine the decoration and furnitures of several floors of the hotel.
Facilities include a spa, an outdoor swimming pool, a nice gym, but also a chocolate shop or a molecular cocktail bar. Breakfast served at the Red Oven, the main restaurant, is simply sumptuous.
Close to the Skytrain, the hotel is ideally located, with the main monuments and sights easily reachable, but also next to the ultra modern shopping malls in central Bangkok. The hotel is also only 5 minutes away from the gay district of Silom.

    La grande classe

    Très bien situé à deux pas du quartier gay de Silom. Services d'un hôtel de luxe. L'hôtel est tout neuf, vues incroyables sur la skyline de Bangkok, notamment depuis la piscine à débordement, dont l'eau reste quand même un peu froide ! Le buffet du petit dej est juste à tomber par terre. La qualité Sofitel, et le prix Sofitel qui va avec, mais pour entamer doucement ou terminer en beauté un voyage en Thaïlande , c'est vraiment un plan extra.
